Make Prefixes Great Again (or for the first time?)

The brains here or lack thereof would really like some help making the thread prefixes better than those originally pulled out of our orifices as we put things together. The Rant and Poll are the only two we’re really married to and would like to keep.

Excluding the two keepers, there are 5 up for change or replacement and 3 more new ones that could be added with unique colors.

This is what we currently have:

We* would like to know what YOU want to see or keep and really need your help. Please suggest a list of new phrases you would like and those you would like to keep, remove or replace.

Excluding the red and blue, there are 10 colors available so feel free to suggest a color for your suggested or replaced prefix phrase. There are numbers next to the colors to make it easier to indicate your preference.



Thanks for your input. Everyone is welcome to throw in their 2¢. Oh wait, without pennies I guess that's a nickel now?

heeeey! Thanks for chiming in. Your wish is my command - sort of.

I wanted to keep red for rant so when people are really cheesed off about something it is perfectly clear and blue for poll so it stands out.

However, I did change "suggestion" to "Crikey!" because it was a good suggestion! I changed the order a bit too:



Still have 3 we can add and Hot, Problem/Bug and Question can still be changed to something else because no one has used them yet

That's fine. "Crikey!" isn't a term in Aussie slang for 'Pissed off' It's more of an exclamation! Much like 'Strewth!" Means as an Aussie I am highly 'Surprised' . Thankyou, I feel honored. So I hope if I use the term 'Crikey!' there is nothing untoward about the that inflection.

Off topic can I suggest an Australian theme thread where I can explain Aussie vernacular so may members won't be 'pissed' when I chime in with a comment. i.e. 'Yank' means 'Septic" A term of endearment for our American Cousins. I have cuz's in Virginny. I also have the silverware to prove it. Much like - "You flamin Pommy C." C standing for (I'll leave it to your imagination.).

The worse the word, the more it is a description of "I like you."

Sentence = "G'day Cunty, good to see ya. Lets hit the frog and toe to the waterin inn and chuck back a few frothies." "Hang on fukker just got shake hands with the unemployed sucker before we embark."

Anyway (Strewth!) I feel I can't (Not the c word) express meeself (me) willingly without feeling I have to shove a pineapple sideways into the place it fits.

My bushy mate came for a frothie the other day with a pineapple. I got the message. STFU.
