A Strange Horror movie

I watched a sinister horror flick the other night (rare for me) which for me was not that scary but had one helluva unexpected ending. Not going to name it, but here's a screencap to set your curiosity.

A billboard early in the movie reads "Proverbs 19:9 The false witness will not go unpunished and he who tells lies shall perish" foreshadowing what will happen to the adults who lied to the boy.

Netflix acquired the distribution rights for this film from Paramount, when the studio reportedly couldn't figure out how to market the film.

I've actually seen this twice. Second time was in the last 3 months or so ago. It's pretty good.
