We totally botched the launch of this - sorry​

  • You may enter one famous or infamous quote every day. It can even be your own​

  • At the end of each week, ending on Saturday night, the quote with the most upvotes will win a crappy prize​

  • All entries for the week should be posted in this thread​

GUIDELINES​

  • 1 entry per day - Put Entry for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday etc. at the top of your post
  • Use the quote function to highlight the quote you are entering
  • Include the author of your quote. Other info such as a photo or what the quote means to you is OK
  • Use the voting up function to the right side of the posts
  • Please only vote for qualifying quotes, not regular discussions
  • Please do not down vote an entry or click the check mark icon

You can still use the like button but they do not count as votes​

Decisions, decisions what to do? There was an 8-way tie!​

A 3 was the highest score any quote earned so we couldn't pick a winner that way. Three people had two 3s so we couldn't break the tie that way either.

So do we take an extra day or two for a run off vote hoping people would actually vote and most likely still end up with no clear winner or do we do something different to put this to bed?

Different something is what we did! Let's all congratulate EndtheMadnessNow for having the highest combined score and for being the most consistent.

I've decided that for this, I'm going to stick with Heinlein quotes and I've found this one to be true over the years. If my Wife isn't happy, neither am I. There's saying "Happy Wife Happy Life and it's supposed to be a glib comment on how she can make your life a living hell, but if she's not happy, then I'm looking for a way to fix it....or at least stop being the reason.
