Terrifying video shows a woman plunging down a manhole after the cover unexpectedly gave way.

The chilling security footage from Brazil emerged just two weeks after Westchester grandmother Donike Gocaj, 56, died from falling down a manhole in Midtown Manhattan.

The footage from Sunday’s scare shows Fabiana Rosa, 32, staring at her phone while walking down a quiet street in Rio de Janeiro soon after getting off a motorbike taxi.

She steps on a covered manhole — just for the metal cover to flip up, sending her plummeting straight into the drainage system below.
